**About Us**

Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a business-class hotel dedicated to providing genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences. As the hotel undergoes a transformation into a renowned international 5-star brand, we are seeking friendly, professional, and guest-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team.

**About the Role**

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests dining at the All Day Dining restaurant. She/he is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests during buffet and à la carte service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Manage restaurant reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with the service team about guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information on menu items and promotions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order at the entrance and hostess counter.
- Support the F&B team during peak service periods.
- Ensure a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-oriented, friendly, and confident personality.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are an added advantage.
