As part of this journey, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team.

**About the Role**

The All Day Dining Supervisor assists the Assistant Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. This role is hands-on, ensuring smooth buffet service, supervising front-line staff, and maintaining high service standards. The Supervisor also plays an important role in guest engagement and team training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the All Day Dining restaurant, ensuring buffet and à la carte service runs smoothly.
- Lead, guide, and motivate waiters, captains, and hostesses to deliver excellent guest service.
- Actively engage with guests, handle feedback, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in training new staff and conducting on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, proper table setups, and adherence to hotel SOPs.
- Monitor buffet presentation, food replenishment, and service flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service and special requests.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, and delegation of tasks.
- Support promotional activities, theme nights, and seasonal events.
- Act as person-in-charge of the outlet in the absence of the Assistant Manager/Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in hotel restaurants or buffet outlets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Guest-oriented with a professional and friendly approach.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
