The Opportunity
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the Unibis system, including documentation and vendor queries.
- Collaborate with Operations Head and Finance for approvals and clarifications on requests.
- Maintain a clean PO database and track spending and payments to vendors.
- Manage an invoice tracker and initiate corrective actions for reconciliation issues.
- Create and submit journal entries using prescribed templates and maintain related documentation.
- Support internal and external audits while adhering to Key Performance Indicators and undertaking ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the Procurement field.
- Finance background is preferred.
- Detail oriented person and well in communication.
