Why does this job exist and why is it critical? The Base Growth Strategy & Execution Lead require to understand the Maxis business and is responsible for “know-how”, executing, and optimizing base campaigns aimed at "Maximizing customer value" from the existing customer base and "Driving incremental revenue" from the current customer portfolio. This role requires deep collaboration with Product, Digital Marketing, GTM, ISD teams, and outbound Telesales partners. The role also involves improving the telesales sales journey through Genesis Cloud (GC) enhancements to ensure telesales becomes the most efficient and effective channel for base growth. What are you accountable for? - Campaign Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute targeted base campaigns using Salesforce CRM and automation tools. - Optimize telesales performance through strategic improvements and the rollout of the Genesis Cloud platform. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: - Work closely with internal teams (Product, ISD, and GTM) and outbound telesales partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Collaborate with the Usage & Retention team to develop campaign offerings aligned with customer insights. - Performance Management & Optimization: - Leverage campaign data from Salesforce and GC platforms to optimize performance and efficiency. - Advocate for continuous improvements to drive measurable growth in telesales channel efficiency. - Success measurement : Revenue growth and deepening customer engagement by "Enhancing revenue opportunities" within the existing customer base and "Growing customer lifetime value" across the existing base - Program Management: - Understand the full lifecycle of base growth campaigns, ensuring timelines and performance goals are met. - Drive GC enhancements and improvements in the telesales channel - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Advanced skills in PowerPoint for presenting campaign strategies and performance insights. - Extensive experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC) and campaign automation tools. - Knowledge of Genesis Cloud (GC) platform implementation and optimization for telesales efficiency. What do you need to have for the role? - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in campaign management, sales operations, or business growth strategy, with a focus on telesales and CRM tools (Salesforce). - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields. - Master’s degree is a plus. - Proven track record in managing outbound telesales partners and driving performance improvements. - Expertise in telesales operations and optimization through GC enhancements. - Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
