**Job Purpose**:
The sales insight and Analyst role will be part of the Sales Insights team under Sales Intelligence to provide data, reporting, insights and dashboards for the sales teams. They would work closely with the Global Sales Teams to provide the data and insight in order for the sales teams to make strategic decisions and directions to achieve the ACV targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage and collaborate with peers and cross departmental stakeholders such as Sales Leaders, Marketing, finance, global solutions team, and country management to ensure the effectiveness of the regional sales enablement strategy.
- Provide data analysis complete with in depth insights and information to prepare reports that support management decision making.
- Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and identify key local and multi-jurisdictional sales opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of Sales dashboards and Power BI reports.
- Understand core sales operations concepts (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development, forecasting, month end closing, deal validations) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis and communicate project progress within team members and stakeholders.
- Schedules project timelines with manager and participates in calls to track the project progress and deliverables.
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within project team.
- Create PowerPoint presentations that capture key operational metrics, articulate results, and convey actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences.
- Analyze and report monthly and quarterly sales trends by customer, verticals, pipeline creation, new vs existing customers, and other measures.
- Partner closely with sales leaders, finance, and people team to create KPIs, measures and track sales productivity of the team.
- Report and dashboard development in the CRM (Customer relationship management) in support of sales
- Coordinating revenue forecasting and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
- Manage won deal validation, revenue validation, lead assignment and expenses.
- Build proficient expertise in the dynamics 365 CRM system and related tools, adding value, scale, and speed to the selling process in creation of quotes and orders.
- Assess, implement, and drive adoption of CRM solutions to manage sales pipeline and productivity.
- Drive CRM process improvement through design, testing, roll-out and monitoring.
- Extract data from CRM and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity.
- Organize and deliver sales operational training to sales and sales management on an ongoing basis, including new staff orientation, system, tools, and process.
- Drive Sales behavior in line with the sales strategy and process.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in data engineering, data analytics, computer engineering, or related field.
- Good knowledge on producing reports / dashboards using Power BI or other Business intelligence tools.
- Experience in working with a Star Schema Data Set
- Understanding of CRM systems and its relationships
- Good understanding of BI data warehousing concept.
- Good understanding of DAX script, SQL, MS Excel
- Good knowledge of Databases and the ability to analyze, interpret data, data modelling, and transforming to BI tools.
- Ability to manage and reorganise data
- Good understanding of necessary KPIs for analytics
- Good English Communication skills both verbal & written.
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
