**About the Role**

The Sales Operations Analyst will be part of Sales Operations organization, reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Lead. You will be responsible for supporting sales operations activities across all markets and practices. As we manage the incredible growth and expansion, you will help to support our sales teams in driving operational excellence, and accelerating sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, and data-driven insights.

**What will you do?**
- **STRATEGY**
- Drive sales pipeline and forecast management with relevant teams to achieve sales targets
- Provide insights to Leadership team on key drivers impacting sales and corrective measures required
- Support processes simplification and new tools evaluation to accelerate sales productivity
- Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
- **SYSTEMS/TOOLS**
- CRM tool administration, including user access management, reports & dashboards management, and end-user support
- Identify and implement CRM tool enhancement to improve sales processes and productivity
- Support roll-out and implementation of systems and tools across sales organization
- **PERFORMANCE**
- Support the sales compensation and incentive process, including targets setting
- Establish reports to monitor and review individual performance of sales team
- Optimize existing incentive plan according to organization structural changes
- **OPERATIONS**
- Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies.
- Training sales team in processes and CRM tool for sales excellence
- Support onboarding of sales team

**What skills and experience will you need?**
- 3+ years equivalent experience in sales operations or sales support
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills
- High technical and business literacy, with an acumen for quickly learning new technologies and driven by business revenue
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hyper-growth environment
- Work experience in Digital Media & Advertising, Technology or Consulting company would be advantageous
