We're seeking a proactive and driven Sales Operations Specialist to play a critical role in our sales strategy. This position will work closely with the Director, supporting the entire sales process, from research and proposal preparation to client follow-ups. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Proposal Preparation: Craft and refine compelling proposals that showcase Skubbs' unique value to our clients, ensuring each one hits the mark in addressing their needs.
- Research Solutions: Dive deep into solution research to identify products and services that best align with client requirements, arming the Director with the insights needed to win deals.
- Pricing Analysis: Conduct competitive pricing analysis to strategically position Skubbs in the market, ensuring we offer the best value to our clients.
- Sales Support: Be the right hand to our Director, managing sales cycles, coordinating follow-ups, and driving momentum from initial contact to deal closure.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, proposals, and client communications, providing regular updates and insights to guide decision-making.
- Client Interaction: Handle preliminary communications with clients, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to closing the deal.
- CRM Management: Take charge of our CRM tools, keeping all client interactions, opportunities, and action items up-to-date for a smooth workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role, with a track record of contributing to successful deals.
- Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
