**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in preparing resume (training will be provided)
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain and update company records, reports, and databases.
- Support Sales Admin in assigning orders
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- No prior experience required - we provide training
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position is based in 8trium Tower, Sri Damansara
