**Job Title: Admin Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sign for daily deliveries and distribute mail and packages accordingly
- Greet and direct guests and visitors
- Prepare coffee or tea for guests when required
- Order office supplies, including pantry items, cleaning items, and stationery
- Maintain inventory of stock and replenish as needed
- Manage company vehicles, including mileage records, insurance renewal, and road tax renewal
- Liaise with building management for parking arrangements
- Assist in planning staff welfare activities and events
- Arrange airport transportation for China expatriate staff
- Book hotel and flight reservations with travel agency when required
- Coordinate office and hostel cleaning services
- Communicate with technicians or contractors for repair or upgrade work
- Arrange pest control and pantry sludge removal services
- Compile invoices and monitor payment status with the Finance team
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- SPM/O Level/Diploma in any field
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

**Working Conditions**:
Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
