HR & Admin Executive

Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives to align with business goals and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and all legal regulations related to human resource practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage employee training and development initiatives, including HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) activities.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Administer the performance appraisal process, and prepare or recommend salary adjustments and bonuses.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to address employee feedback, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Maintain and update HR records in the HR system and ensure proper document filing.
- Handle all matters related to employee insurance coverage.
- Prepare and manage all HR-related documentation.
- Support ad hoc tasks and participate in company-wide HR projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience is required.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- 5-day work week.
- Work Location: Ulu Tiram.

- Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
