Administrative Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Manage product listings, including adding new items, updating descriptions and optimizing images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns promptly and professionally.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, organizing meetings and maintaining records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in coordinating events and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and/or e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Capcut).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
