Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage stock investments and provide data-driven insights for effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail merchandising on consumer products, as well as exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze the performance of stock turnover, movement and portfolios vs buying.
  • Monitor shop performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of investment control strategies.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for optimizing portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with Buying Team, Retail Operation Team and other stakeholders to align investments with company goals.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up action items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in stock investment management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Pivot, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
