Key responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration and secretarial duties to support the professional team.
- Assist in preparation and filing statutory documents with the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with clients and government agencies when required.
- Carry out other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & software applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Candidates with working experience and fresh graduates are both invited to apply as training will be provided.
