Administration Executive

Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for office and project-related procurement.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Project & Document Management:
- Maintain and organize engineering project documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards (ISO, safety regulations, etc.).
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to support project execution.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for employees.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in administration, preferably in an engineering, construction, or manufacturing firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, HR policies, and project documentation is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English & is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with local and international clients, vendors, and employees.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
