Job Descriptions
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Prepare, update, and organize records such as PO, PI, inventories, and related documents
- Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on delivery timelines
- Support purchasing activities such as obtaining quotations and updating price lists
- Any other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience.
- Fresh candidate without related experience but with positive attitude will be considered.
- Posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Responsible, self motivated and result oriented.
- Good communication skill and teamwork.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage to communicate with mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Work Location : Klang, Selangor.
