**Tanggungjawab**:
- Mengurus keseluruhan proses jualan melalui telefon, bermula daripada mengenal pasti prospek hingga menutup jualan
- Melaksanakan kajian pasaran melalui panggilan telefon dan carian atas talian
- Menyusun serta mengumpul data untuk menyokong pelaksanaan kempen promosi
- Menyediakan bahan pemasaran serta mesej kempen yang berkesan dan menarik
- Menjalin dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan secara berterusan
**Kelayakan**:
- Memiliki Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Perniagaan, Pendidikan, Sumber Manusia atau yang berkaitan
- Sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) tahun pengalaman kerja adalah satu kelebihan (graduan baharu juga digalakkan memohon)
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mesra dalam pergaulan
- Berdikari, bertanggungjawab dan mampu mengurus pelbagai tugasan
- Fasih dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
- Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon Bumiputera

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle the full sales process over the phone — from identifying potential leads to closing deals
- Conduct market research through phone calls and online platforms
- Organize and collect data to support marketing campaigns
- Prepare promotional materials and effective campaign messages
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
