**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to logistics, shipments, and transportation services.
- Coordinate and track shipments from point A to point B, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal teams such as warehouse, operations, and transport departments to ensure seamless delivery of logistics services.
- Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status, including potential delays or issues, and proactively manage expectations.
- Resolve complaints or concerns related to logistics services, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in preparing logistics documentation, such as shipment tracking, bills of lading, and customs paperwork as necessary.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to logistics processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- **Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, in order to have better conversation with clients from China.**:

- Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to service.
- **Experience in coordinating international shipments and knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
