Requirements
- Preferable with GDL licence
- Willing to work overtime and/or travel outstation when required
- Detailed technical and organizational experience in service and parts business and parts organization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Detail oriented, good in monitoring and follow up.

Responsibility
- Provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the sold products.
- Finding solutions for customers using the Knowledge Base.
- Keeping the Knowledge Base updated when encountering fresh issues and distributing the knowledge to team members.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services
- Take corrective actions to ensure customers satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
- Prepare warranty service, training, or repair for a product.
- Arranging appointments with customers; organizing and scheduling service and repair work in accordance to clients needs, booking and part availability.
- To provide quotations of any repair and calculating repair time.

- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
- Promotes teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
