Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities**: Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to approach and secure new business.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with Bintara Solutions' offerings.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and client requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
**Requirements**:
- SPM / STPM / SKM / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the IT industry or a technology solutions provider.
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
