Able to speak in **Mandarin**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 year's experience in Accounting field.
- Experience of billing and collections processes.
- Preferably with hands on experience in SQL.
- Strong computing skills and excel skills.
- Excellent numerical skills combined with inquiring, analytical mind.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately.

**Responsibility**
- Handle full set accounts.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Handle inter-companies transactions.
- Timely and accurate recording of AP data entry into the accounting system.
- Process accounts payable payment and reimbursement per schedule timelines upon request.
- To ensure month end closing are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
- To handle banking related matters.
- Handle account receivable and account payable including inventory count.
- Liaise with auditors on annual statutory audit matters and tax agents on annual tax consumptions and also liaise with bankers and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate sales capture and produce monthly sales reports.
- Assist Account Manager in preparing financial statement and management report. budget, forecast, cash flow statement and costing analysis.
- Any other duties as required by the line manager or Head of Department that are commensurate with the grade.
