**Escalation & Appeals**
- Acts as the first line of response against reported/escalated fraud & scam cases.
- Reinvestigations in fraud & abuse cases investigated by Buyer & Seller Review.
- Manage cases while balancing between customer's needs and the company's benefits.
**Buyer Review**
- Review & investigate user reported issues on various fraud related claims.
- Perform front end check and investigation to identify risky sellers.
- Perform basic user KYC for Preferred Seller Program Onboarding.
- Reviews cases with any fraudulent cases such as benefits/promotions abuse & fraud, scam, stolen financials and account takeover activities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify & report new fraud trends or MO, system issues, from daily report investigation to initiates preventive measures.
**Seller Review**
- Collect & verify customer information, including identity documents, business registration details, and other relevant information required for KYC compliance.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on sellers to assess their integrity, reputation and potential risks. This may involve verifying the seller's background, reviewing financial statements, analyzing ownership structure and assessing any potential red flags.
**Requirement**
- Need to have a good communication skills
- Preferable those having experience in Fraud/CS/OPS (Log/Dispute/RnR) support related.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
