Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies for SG Marketplace
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams or functional product management team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- For each feature that may improve Shopee UIUX, think of Key selling points and naming conventions to help senior management in decision making.
- Willing to explore multiple and cross functional product lines such as supply chains and fulfillment and other Operation related features and functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes.
