1 To handle sales market automotive products in Malaysia. 2 Manage and work toward achieving the sales target set by the Company. 3 To increase customer base. 4 Liaise with plant on material forecast, stocks ordering and production output. 5 Develop and liaise with plant on new model/product development. 6 Manage and monitor Sales team daily activity and to provide support to Sales team. 7 Attend to sales enquiries, establish rapport and maintain good relationships with customers. 8 Visit dealers frequently to understand the market movement and competitor's activities. 9 To discuss and propose to the Management on sales improvement strategies. 10 Prepare and analyze sales reports for market analysis purpose. 11 To ensure sales representative and key accounts sales collection is collected upon due. 12 Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management. Requirements: 1 Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study. 2 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role 3 Automotive experience is advantageous 4 Proven record and ability of develop successful sales strategy 5 Self-motivation and self-drive 6 Strong communication skills 7 Team player with strong leadership and influential skills
