- Lead end-to-end data center projects from concept to handover.
- Define scope, goals, and success criteria aligned with business needs.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and vendors.
- Ensure technical designs meet performance and compliance standards.
- Oversee feasibility studies and design validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of critical infrastructure components.
- Supervise construction, ensuring safety, quality, and progress tracking.
- Oversee commissioning and testing of systems for operational readiness.
- Manage FAT, SAT, system start-up, and final handover.
- Provide post-construction support and issue resolution.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process in collaboration with the commercial and contracts team.
- Prepare procurement schedules, bid documentation, scopes of work, and evaluation criteria for subcontract packages.
- Coordinate tender reviews, commercial clarifications, and recommendation reports for client or internal approval.
- Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with main contract terms, project budget, and risk allocation.
- Drive early procurement of long-lead items (e.g., generators, UPS systems, chillers, switchgear) to meet critical path milestones.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle, including claims mitigation and variation management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or relevant experience
- 15 years of experience in construction and development, managing large scale projects such as data centers
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, data center infrastructure, and industry best practices
