**Job Summary**:

- Join Standard Chartered Bank as a Telesales Specialist responsible for embedding ethical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging clients to drive sales performance._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of integrity within the team.
- Actively engage with clients to uncover needs, collaborate on effective sales plans, and optimize performance to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of risk, collaborate for prompt client request fulfillment, and support digital offerings adoption in telesales conversations to exceed sales targets.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or service is preferred. Prior experience in Telesales / Inbound sales is a plus but not necessary
- Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

**Extra details**:

- Incentives & allowance provided (will be disclosed during interview)
- Quarterly incentives (RM15-20K)
- 1 month training (virtual training)
- Target: 100-150 calls/day
- 35-40K sales/day, 700K sales/month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
