_ **Responsibilities**:_ Incumbent performs her duties and responsibilities in support of the Centre Manager by providing helpful information, answering question and responding to complaints from customer. At the same time, assisting marketing department to ensure the smooth of event and activities. **Description** - To assist in sourcing quotations. - To handle gift redemptions and be accountable for such gifts. - To prepare payment request. - To prepare weekly report such as Activities Report, Social Media Growth Report and Customer Count report. - To prepare weekly Event Order for Sr. Exec's review. - To coordinate with the Building dept’s team for activities & events (M&E; Security, Cleaners, Car Park, etc). - To ensure that M&E keep the PA systems safely and revert with the event handover form after the completion of event/activities. - To assist in removing all posters/notices/buntings which have expired.
