Job Description & Requirement:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Subsidiary Company’s strategies and business plans and manage the overall business operations of a Subsidiary Company including sales, order.
- management, engineering, supply chain and other support enabling functions to strive for optimum business performance and financial contribution whilst enhancing manufacturing and operational excellence and delivering absolute customer satisfaction and people development in line with Group’s vision, mission and values.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end operations of various functional departments.
- Study and understand market trends, customer needs in order to lead the team towards new product development.
- Responsible for being the most senior contact point for all customer contacts to build solid customer relationship and rapport to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times through excellent practice and service.
- Work with business development to build rapport with potential client to secure new business.
- Accountable for developing new businesses and growing the YOY revenue and profitability of the Subsidiary Company.
- Responsible for Subsidiary Company’s P & L and Balance Sheet
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably with 10 years of experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.
- Must have exposure to 1 of the following industry:

- Precision Engineering
- CNC manufacturing environment
- Metal Stamping
- More than 7 years in Management level, strong business acumens.
- Strong leadership, innovative and creative with ability to drive and implement changes for the Subsidiary Company.
- Self-starter, resourceful, energetic, and strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills and able to work under pressure

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
