**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources
- Leads the Customer Service team and being responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, transportation, shipping arrangement
- Develop rapport with customers by ensuring customers' satisfaction through trouble shooting issues with professionalism
- Handled customers' new inquiries, complaints, billing and payment extension/service requests
- Monitored the daily shipping activities and communicated effectively with Customer Service team members to maintain clearly defined expectations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in business management or equivalent qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Strong problem solving skill and experience in handling complex customer's issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
