Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures and standards for inspection.
- Supervise and manage QC in the production floor, incoming raw materials and outgoing products inspection process.
- Inspect and assess production and retail are complied with company’s set of requirements (GMP, HACCP and relevant standards).
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues.

**Tasks**:

- Set, review, update and document raw materials, in process and finished goods specification for existing and new products.
- Verify all QC forms done by QC, approve or label declarations of incoming, WIP, outgoing FG that meet requirements/ standards.
- Investigate and identify root cause of internal customer complaints independently.
- Issue NCR to related department, review and follow up on CAPA, evaluate the effectiveness to ensure gaps closure within the required timeline.
- Work closely with PDN and product development team in mass production testing and to rectify non-SOP related product quality issues.
- Perform audit at PDN (personnel hygiene, SOP, GMP quality management) and outlets (SOP, products quality and safety, handling, recordings, desserts delivery, cleanliness) according to the frequency set to assess and validate if products meet the established requirements set and operations comply with GMP.
- Communicate with PIC on the audit findings with justification, prepare and summarize reports with score after every audit in timely manner.
- Keep all checklist and recording forms updated with the latest practices / implementation, create new checklist or relevant audit tools for any new practices.
- Document all reports to ensure audit activities are traceable.
- Develop, improve and maintain quality system or standards requested by management.
- Validate monthly pest control management in PDN and document the reports.
- Verify all weighing scale, brix meter and thermometer are calibrated correctly and within schedule.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- High accuracy, high integrity, sharp attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skill, diligent attributes, punctual.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Minimum two years working experiences in Food and Beverage sector with in-depth understanding of industry standards, tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.**
- Has good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / HALAL is preferable.
- **Familiarity in internal auditing.**
- **Possess own transport and willing to travel within company’s outlets, manufacturing and office.**
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
