Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Promotions:
- Lead A&P, PR & Events, Booker’s Club, and Graphic Design in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Monitor A&P expenditure against budget and maintain a year-round plan complementing the hotel’s business needs.
- Maintain strategic vision for the hotel’s market positioning and guide operations accordingly.
- Keep management updated on competitors’ activities
Graphic Design & Print Materials:
- Create visually appealing printed materials (brochures, newsletters, ads, flyers, posters, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop collaterals to effectively communicate the hotel’s brand image and promotional messages.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and suppliers for cost-effective, creative advertising.
- Seek joint promotions with credit card companies, banks, and publications.
Marketing Events & E-Marketing:
- Promote brand awareness through marketing events, press releases, media hosting, and e-newsletters.
- Chair monthly marketing meetings to plan future strategies.
- Maintain positive relationships with all department heads and ensure effective communication.
Public Relations:
- Plan and implement PR events, manage all PR activities, and prepare media releases.
- Develop media relations plans to maximize hotel exposure locally and internationally.
- Handle crisis communications and track ROI of media campaigns.
- Ensure consistent key messaging and act as the press gatekeeper.
- Foster good media relations and monitor PR expenses against budget.
- Lead the hotel's community involvement initiatives.
General Responsibilities:
- Regularly update the hotel’s website with relevant news.
- Implement plans to improve the hotel’s image.
- Timely submission of monthly reports and assist in hotel events.
- Ensure internal communications align with the corporate image.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Promote succession planning and conduct appraisals to encourage growth.
- Respect confidentiality and perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
