This pivotal role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations while upholding our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

The Event Manager will serve as the bridge between clients and our operations team, turning visions into memorable events and driving the growth of our catering services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations for events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Oversee end-to-end event planning, including menu selection, venue coordination, staffing, and logistics, to ensure smooth and successful execution.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service, aligning with ISO 22000, HACCP, Food GMP, and Halal certifications.
- **Team Leadership**: Coordinate and lead the event team, including kitchen staff, servers, and support personnel, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale.
- **Problem-Solving**: Anticipate challenges during events and resolve issues proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and event success.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to manage rentals, décor, and other event elements.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality services.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**: Conduct post-event reviews to gather client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in event management, catering, or hospitality, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, team coordination, and vendor negotiations.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach to handling event challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the event meets quality standards.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in event management software, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: RM1,626.08 - RM6,739.11 per month
