As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Distribute our bookings for the day across our flights to ensure we fill the available cargo space on each flight
- Proactively respond to unpredictable daily situations which affects our ability to carry cargo as planned
- Co-ordinate withthe CTO operator to ensure the build-up process transports all (or more) of booked cargo
- Help re-plan cargo that has been left behind and inform customers on a timely basis
- Find clever ways to route cargo through our network to the intended destination
- Ensure data accuracy of cargo that is transported with us

At the onset, you may be culture-shocked working in AirAsia and with the Teleport team. To help you adapt better, we would like to share our beliefs on leadership. Put simply, you are a leader, we all are leaders and good leaders:

**SKILLS**

These are minimum skills requirements and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

- Can speak and write English to an intermediate degree
- Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audience
- Displays high attention to detail
- Is calm, especially under pressure
- Has an analytical background
- Is a fast thinker - able to solve problems on-the-go
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and has used it in prior work
- Hungry for the job
- Natural communicators
- Multilingual
- Puzzle and game lover
- Plays team sports
- Understand prioritization and trade-offs between revenue and resolving customer expectations
- Detail oriented in identifying, tracking and resolving issues at multiple levels
- Equally comfortable behind a computer or being in the ground where the action is
- Trustworthy, and reliable, and has references to back that up
- Enjoys travelling and is open to living and experiencing other cultures

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least an undergraduate degree, any discipline
- 0-3 years in logistics (preferably air cargo), warehousing or manufacturing
