人力资源兼行政执行员主要负责支持人力资源运营、管理办公室行政事务,并定期巡查店面,观察员工表现,确保其符合公司政策要求。此职位包括招聘、员工关系维护、福利管理、办公用品采购,并与店长密切协作,共同协调和处理员工相关事务。

**人力资源:**

1) 招聘与入职:
- 负责管理招聘流程,包括发布职位广告、筛选候选人、协调面试以及入职流程的完成。
- 进行新员工入职培训,确保其顺利融入团队。
2) 员工关系与参与:
- 作为员工查询公司人力资源政策和流程的联络人。
- 组织并支持员工参与公司活动,营造积极的工作氛围。
3) 薪资与福利管理:
- 协助处理薪资,确保考勤、假期和加班记录的准确性。
- 管理员工福利事宜,包括医疗保险及假期安排。
4) 绩效与考勤管理:
- 维护准确的员工考勤、假期及迟到记录。
- 支持绩效评估、试用期评估及必要的纠正措施。
5) 店面巡查与员工观察:
- 定期巡查店面,观察员工工作表现、政策执行情况及客户服务标准。
- 评估员工的工作能力并提供反馈,以提升服务质量和工作效率。
6) 与店长协调:
- 与店长紧密合作,处理员工问题、排班安排及纪律管理。
- 定期与店长讨论员工表现,提供必要的支持。
**行政管理:**

1) 办公室管理:
- 负责日常办公室管理,包括设施维护和设备管理。
- 确保办公室环境专业、有序。
2) 办公用品采购:
- 监控办公室库存,采购日常办公用品,确保工作流程顺畅。
- 管理供应商关系,谈判合同以确保质量和成本效益。
3) 文件管理与归档:
- 有条理地组织并维护员工档案和公司记录,确保数据保密。
- 更新并发布公司政策文件和其他正式通知。
4) 供应商协调与预算管理:
- 维护供应商关系,负责办公用品采购事宜。
- 跟踪行政相关开支并管理预算。
5) 差旅与日程安排支持:
- 负责安排员工和管理层的差旅、住宿及日程安排。
- 协调会议时间,准备议程并在必要时记录会议纪要。
6) 活动策划:
- 组织公司活动、会议及庆祝活动,包括后勤安排和餐饮服务。
- 策划并组织团队建设活动,以增强团队合作及员工凝聚力。
