**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company, working in HR areas, managing recruitment process, onboarding, off-boarding, drafting contracts and HR documents, implementing well-being events, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and laws in Malaysia, and/or other countries.
- English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Australia, Malaysia, USA, and Canada
- Prepare employment contracts and NDAs
- Draft and update job descriptions aligned with business needs
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes globally
- Facilitate induction programs for new hires and internal moves
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records in compliance with local laws
- Coordinate well-being initiatives and internal engagement events in our KL office
- Draft internal policies, SOPs, and P&C documentation
- Create and distribute internal communications
- Support strategic P&C projects
- Prepare people and culture reports and support the internal and external audit

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
