**What you will do**
- Serve as the main point of contact for all operational, logístical and HR-related needs in the Kuala Lumpur office and with remote employees in the APAC region.
- You'll collaborate closely with our Global People team, working with colleagues in Amsterdam and New York to ensure that our DataSnipper culture and people processes continue to thrive in APAC
- You will support the APAC team with people-related matters, such as onboarding, performance reviews, policy queries, arranging events and team building activities, facilitating employee surveys, arranging L&D sessions in collaboration with our L&D Specialist, etc.
- You’ll consider creative ways to improve the office and working environment for our employees, ensuring they have the best employee experience.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by liaising with facility management (cleaning, catering, security, etc.).
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that the correct financial processes and procedures are followed.
- Order, maintain and restock office and pantry supplies as needed, including managing the ‘swag’ inventory.
- Coordinate with IT to support new hire equipment set up and employee technical support.

**What you bring**
- 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative, people/HR or business-related position
- Strong English communication skills - someone who can easily communicate with various levels of employees and leaders
- Attention to detail - making sure that all items are handled and delivered with care and attention
- “Take Charge” personality, and go-getter attitude - you are someone who enjoys being proactive and getting things done
- Maintains a positive and curious attitude
- Focused on always being solution-oriented and has a bias toward action
- Startup experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
