We’re looking for an amazing individual to join our close-knit team to make a major impact on Photobook’s employee experience You will have hands-on experience in People Rewards & Operations which consists of employee benefits, payroll, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out and execute People & Culture events, activities and business as usual activities.
- To assist the People Rewards & Operations pillar under the People & Culture team which includes administrative tasks, company employee benefit management, payroll matters, as well as staff movement documentation.
- Being the key project owner in a Process Improvement Project under the Rewards & Operations pillar.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by your reporting person.
**Outline of Internship**
- Focus on developing on-the-job skills: specific assignments in People and Culture.
- Focus on developing professional attributes: teamwork, trustworthiness and learning agility.
- Focus on developing personal development: communication skills, people centricity and presentation skills.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**
- Highly motivated.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Experienced dealing with GSuite tools.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Mature minded with accountability for your own work.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and other languages.
