**Responsibilities**:

- Find groups or communities with talented individuals (sometimes through direct introductions from our community outreach team).
- Engage with the most highly recognized individuals in this community.
- Interview individuals, documenting details about their talent and past performances.
- Contribute to creating new categories, subcategories, or details for others to follow.
- Identify locations to find similar individuals.
- Form relationships with individuals, creating a community and finding a lead for it.
- Act as the interim lead until it becomes self-sustaining.
- Ensure everyone in the community knows the leader.
- Establish connections with everyone, maintaining a maximum 1-degree separation.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with community leads to understand growth and provide better support.
- Focus these meetings on ways to enhance tools and platforms for community growth and relationship deepening.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Possesses talent in multiple ways, enabling regular platform posting and maintaining an impressive profile.
- Speaks multiple languages fluently, with English being crucial.
- Demonstrates an overall attractive personality and a compelling voice for extended conversations.
- Exhibits courtesy and friendliness.
- Pays attention to detail and demonstrates curiosity about others.
- Acts as a convening leader who can effectively lead and inspire others.

**Requirements**:

- Set up 3-4 communities monthly with a minimum of 10 members each before handing off to the community lead.
- Work full-time from the office.
- Be willing to participate in calls with the camera and mic on.
- Be willing to travel to local universities and sites to engage with local community groups.
