Job Scope - Support technical and engineering personnel with project support duties in procurement and liaises with product department and supplier. - Compiles technical reports. - Undertakes data analysis, identifies and inventory control. - Develops and maintains technical databases and spreadsheets. - Handle purchase order or purchase requisition. - Prepares technical drawings, data sheets and documents of QAQC under the direction of engineer. - To submit and update inventory weekly record. - Any other duties assigned by superior or Management. - Administrative or technical discipline. - Technical assistance to engineers and technicians. - Assist in handling technical issues. - Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to customers. Qualification Required - Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering. - Ability to read and interpret technical data. - Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. - Computer literate. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
