**The Opportunity**:
Supporting Service Mapping team, the role holder:

- Provide support to projects involving end-to-end process and customer journey mapping, business analysis, and insights synthesis for the WPB business globally. This includes the identification and recording of the relationships between processes and other data within the bank, such as risks and controls.
- Support design thinking process to deliver customer-led service and experience designs for the bank’s products and services.
- Contribute to the maturity of service mapping standards and approach, provide guidance and feedback within the team, and engage stakeholders to build trusted and collaborative relationships.
- Identify and escalate matters of concerns within the team’s remit.
- Assist to coordinate ad-hoc assignments.

**What you’ll do (Job Responsibility)**

**Impact on Business**
- Provide support to projects involving end-to-end process and customer journey mapping, business analysis, and insights synthesis for the WPB business globally.
- Coordinate engagement with stakeholders and SMEs across the bank, and assist to facilitate service mapping workshops
- Support and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic process risk & control mapping documentation, and customer-centric journey designs.
- Contribute to the maintenance of process maps and risk and control overlays for all Critical Business Services in WPB.
- Support to drive improvement of standards, maturity and methods for end-to-end Process Mapping, Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping.
- Support initiatives in line with the Global WPB CAO agenda.

**Leadership & Teamwork**
- Provide support to the team on project delivery against targets/commitments
- Acts in a manner that transparently promotes the organization’s values and delivers in an aligned manner.

**Customers / Stakeholders**
- Provide support to execution of the Global WPB Chief Administration Officer agenda.
- Assist to support WPB process and customer journey stakeholders, including but not limited to Business Service Owners, SOX Process Owners, VS/SVS leads.

**Operational Effectiveness & Control**:

- Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.
- Timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators, with regard to services provided.
- Proactive escalation of issues and concerns within the team’s remit
