**What to Expect**

Tesla Malaysia is seeking a talented Analyst with a specialized focus on Profit and Loss (P&L) optimization and financial analytics within the Service organization. This role is crucial for building clear reporting and systems to measure key performance indicators related to cost management, providing data-driven recommendations for various projects and initiatives managed by the service operations team. Proficiency in gathering data through SQL and creating insightful dashboards using tools like Tableau is paramount for success in this position.

**What You'll Do**
- Consolidate Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Percentage, and Operating Expense Ratio for a comprehensive view of overall profitability. Drive strategies for efficient revenue generation and cost management.
- Develop and maintain a Service Efficiency metrics, including Cost of Service per Unit, Revenue per Employee, and Efficiency Ratio. Optimize resource utilization for streamlined and cost-effective service operations.
- Lead initiatives for revenue growth and diversification by overseeing Service Revenue Growth Rate, Profitability by Service Category, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Identify and capitalize on profitable service categories while maximizing customer value over time.
- Spearhead efforts in cost control effectiveness by managing Cost Variance Analysis, Break-Even Analysis, and Return on Investments (ROI). Ensure financial sustainability and a positive return on investments in service operations.
- Oversee Financial Forecast Precision, ensuring accurate predictions and reliable financial planning. Contribute to sound financial decision-making by providing precise and strategic forecasts.

**What You'll Bring**
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on P&L analysis and financial optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL & Python and experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial insights.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
