Personal Assistant/secretary

Handling general secretarial work.
- Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access and retrieval.
- Liaise with external parties such as answering calls, taking messages, screening phone calls, and furnishing information where possible.
- Maintain records of Chairman’s contacts (Alumni/ EC/ MM).
- Assist Chairman’s in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Chairman’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Make sure that client FB (FB funnel gang, FB EC/ FB MM), telegram EC MM in care and manage.
- Get feedback from event or programme that been organized.
- Solve client complaint and needs quickly and efficient.
- Track, records and observe client’s performance.
- Being the middle man between Manager, trainers and also client.
- Site visit EC/MM
- Ensure the payment from client are fulfilled properly.
- Arrange and organized Chairman Schedule
- Dealing with client on behalf of the Chairman
**; Requirements**:
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good command of (both spoken and written) English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Tactful and discreet in dealing with confidential information
- Ability to organize and plan own work
- Positive work attitude and eager to learn
- Able to work under pressure, can handle and cope with overtime work
- Able to work in group or independently
