We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director** to provide administrative and executive support. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in business coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
