**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for the acquisition, deployment, tracking and retirement of hardware assets.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including serial numbers, configurations, and locations.
- Conduct regular audits of hardware assets to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with BAT’s asset management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with global and end market IT team to gather requirements and optimize asset utilization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline hardware procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate record of hardware procurement and maintenance contracts within the asset management system.
- Generate reports and dashboard provide insights into Hardware Asset performance and utilization.
- Provide support and guidance to end markets on Hardware Asset management best practices.
- Provide on going support for Asset Management tool and CMDB integration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management
- Proficiency in Asset Management tool, preferably Flexera One
- Strong Analytical skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working on complex projects.
- Ability work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications, such as certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP), are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
