Responsibilities:To lead the team of machinists and manage resources assigned to the machining shop to meet the quality, on time delivery and productivity targets.
- Performs administrative tasks associated with the effective management of machining shop operations, including retrieving and compiling production data for generating machine performance reports.
- To be responsible for staff training, development and performance reviews.
- To promote and maintain a safe, clean working environment and health & safety regulations.
- Improve and implement jig & fixtures, and, machining methods to achieve better efficiency and output.
- Evaluate the reasons on variances between planned and actual result. Implement actions to mitigate the variances.
- Troubleshoot machining quality issues, which includes working with machine and material suppliers.
- Support new product manufacturing method and FA process.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to achieve departmental KPI.

**Salary**: From RM7,500.00 per month

- Do you have have a strong proven track record of experience in managing a CNC

machine shop.
- Good working knowledge of CNC Milling, Wirecut and EDM machines and

technologies.?
- Good knowledge of CAM programming software?
- Strong knowledge of machine tools and machining processes?
- Strong experience in machining of complex and precision parts of mold, tool and die?
- Strong machining knowledge in steel, aluminium and polymer material?
- Able to read and understand technical drawings?
- Good understanding of ANSI, ASME, GD&T standards?

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical Engineering: 5 years (required)
