Role Summary:
Job Responsibilities:

- Making cold calls - 60 calls per day (30 for certification + 30 for training),
- Direct visit for Marketing clients confirmed by the Lead Team,
- Client visiting: PowerPoint presenting conference, Incoming Calls, Social Media posting,
- Coordination with Tech-RC and Client Coordinator for: Collecting and forwarding audit documents, Follow-up with technical issue clients, Translation issue clients, Account issue client,
- Test sample collect courier
- Maintaining the office and responding to visitors professionally.
Job Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are pleased to apply,
- Experiences are not compulsary as training will be provided, but it could be an advantages
- Good command in English, both written and spoken,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals,
- Accurate and precise attention to detail,
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills,
- Positive learning and working attitude,
- Well-organized, motivated and able to work independently.

Working time: Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
