**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily accounting tasks and manage a complete set of accounts
- Responsible for accounting transactions and ensuring accurate data entry
- Assist with filing related documents and administrative documents
- Handle administrative matters
- Assist in overseeing office operations
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory submissions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other departments when required.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
- Eager to learn and able to adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to grow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
