- **Applicants are required to have at least a qualification in SPM or above**
- **Applicants are required to be fluent in Mandarin and Conversational English is acceptable**
- **Is willing to work in shift basis between 8am - 12am (9 hours including of 1 hour break)**
- **Applicant is willing to work on between Monday to Friday (2 days rotational offdays)**
- **Applicant have no issue to be working based in office at Cyberjaya**
- **Able to start on the following date : 24 June 2025**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.**:

- **Understanding of assigned Unit of work in the investigation process.**:

- **Follows clear instructions, SOP’s and workflows of each segmented task of our investigations process.**:

- **Ability to successfully navigate websites.**:

- **Understands and adheres to workflow directions.**:

- **Participate in performance improvement plans for self
- development.**:

- **Performs a variety of routine standard tasks**

**Benefits**:

- **Salary packages: Basic RM 3500 - RM 4500 (Subject to interview performance) + RM 20/day Shift Allowance (afternoon shifts)**
