**Responsibility**:

- Follow-up documents with overseas agent and local customers for import sea shipment.
- Open job & key in shipment details (Data Entry).
- Issue payment voucher for liner to release EDO and for container deposit (if require).
- Send payment voucher to finance department to prepare payment to liner and Co-loader.
- Prepared cargo manifest, NOA & IID.
- Send cargo manifest to warehouse and NOA to consignee.
- Monitor HBL status whether is original BL or already telex release.
- Submit custom manifest (K4).
- Arrange NHK at Northport for warehouse to plan for unstuffing container.
- Monitor payment for COD customers.
- Checking with liner which depot to return the empty container.
- Follow-up uncollected cargo with agent and consignee.
- Follow up with liner about container damage, demurrage and detention charges.
- Coordinate with warehouse to get the related documents and photos to provide to agent, liner and local customers when come across to have container damage, cargo damages, etc.
- Other operation jobs as and when instructed by the superior.

**Requirement**:

- At least 2 years’ working experience in logistics will be and added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with good communication skill.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as documentation, logistics & coordination with other department.
- Possess good negotiation skill.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and under work pressure.
- Required skill(s): MS Office & Computer literature including any Freight systems or related software.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
