HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify employee attendance records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance databases.
- Participate in end to end recruitment for lower level positions.
- Support hiring managers during the interview process.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Support HR team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At Least Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, Training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
