HR Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training logistics
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant documentation
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and addressing employee inquiries
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion programs
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
